How This Meditation Shaped My Visionary Ecofiction Trilogy
Reiki underlies my painting. My painting underlies my writing. Meditation connects them all.
When I became both a Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Registered Architect (yes, in the same year; in the same month actually), I wrote a meditation that was previously shared with my followers on Wordpress and Twitter. I’m resharing it now, elevating it to the present: I believe it still stands as a clear representation of my process.
I am including an image from my Pratervectio series, shown in my solo exhibition at the Watchung Arts Center. That work grew out of the same lineage of attention, energy, and place that shaped this meditation.
